Orders/Delivery/Returns

Lead Time
Stock range doors and frontals can be delivered in 2-3 working days.
Made to Measure and non stock items require 2-4 weeks production time plus 2-3 days delivery time.
We CANNOT accept verbal orders for our Made to Measure products and telephone orders WILL NOT be accepted. All made to measure orders must be confirmed in writing.
All carcasses are made to order and require 2-4 weeks production time.
Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before despatching.
Despatch
All web-orders with a value less than £500 will be subject to a £39.50 Standard Delivery charge. For single or few items please contact us for delivery costs.
All deliveries will require someone to be available to assist driver to unload and sign for the goods.
Returns
Proof of damaged/faulty/incorrect goods required within 72hrs of receipt to start a return.
